The Lamination Wire Tie Machine is a reliable design that is tooled to
meet the requirements of various lamination sizes and designs.
Providing a pick-off head that can service single or mutiple chutes, this machine will adapt to the
majority of punch presses.
The wiring mechanism will feed wire through lamination stack and twist tie the ends within 30 seconds,
allowing mechanism to service 2 or 3 chutes depending on the speed of the press.
Automatic unloading allows for the stack of laminations to be transferred to a packing area.
Machine is powered pneumatically and electrically for easy installation.
The machines modular design allows for quickly disconnecting machine from press and moving to a similar
press or simply moving out of the way for special short runs on presses that do not justify tooling up for.
